Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of their newest blaster in its Industrial line of pass through blasters. The MB 3630. This new and redesigned unit has a blast width of 36″ by 30″ tall, and brings new efficiency to consumers.
This redesigned unit incorporates fuse less starters with phase loss and imbalance protection. Vikings newest blasters come with zero speed sensors as standard on the driven end of abrasive conveyance shafts, significantly reducing down time when components wear out or fail. The air intake is very aggressive and allows for application of more air through the abrasive stream, providing cleaner abrasive and a cleaner cabinet. The cabinets are made of 3/8” thick, manganese alloy to ensure cabinet longevity. The cabinet is lined with Bolt-in replaceable ½” ship-lapped, cast chrome wear liners mounted directly opposite of the blast wheels this will protect the blast cabinet from direct blast abrasive impingement. Replaceable manganese alloy wear liners in deflected blast parts of the blast cabinet. Most applications are covered by the standard offering, but can also be fitted with a rotary scalping drum, auxiliary abrasive hoppers and 20 HP, 25 HP or 30 HP blast wheels verses the standard 15 HP. All Viking cartridge style dust collectors are sold with NFPA required deflagration panels as standard.
Viking Blast & Wash Systems offers industrial cleaning solutions for all sizes and shapes of metal parts.
