The SHI8484 Spinner Hanger I-Track Shot Blast Machine allows for easy loading and unloading of larger parts. These parts spin around a central axis allowing all sides to be blasted by our VK PowerMax 1500 blast wheels. Many options are available to increase production, promote safety, and ease maintenance. These options include OSHA approved man walk and ladders, fire suppression in the dust collector, rotary scalping drum, auxiliary hopper and sensor, HMI controls, and an industrial vacuum to remove any residual shot from the part that didn’t fall into the platform retrieval hopper.
