Viking Wheel Blast Systems is excited to announce the new VMAX center-fed, direct-drive blast wheel. It is the next evolution in the Viking line. This blast wheel is designed with the longevity, ease of operation and the durability needed in the blast wheel arena to effectively produce outstanding finishes for the customers. It is available in 13” and 15” diameter from 7.5 HP to 40 HP. It has a direct drive mounting system with no bushing to deal with. The operator has a much easier mounting set-up, since it locates perfectly every time. Operators will notice a smoother, quieter operation along with easier access to the outer liners and face plate. These blast wheels have three shot blast blade selections for your specific application when shot blasting your parts. 15% thicker blades than major brands and higher horsepower to weight ratio means more horsepower to the blade tip. Viking is known for the durability of our wheels and with our thicker liners and now with available options for the blades this only expands to the longevity of your Viking system.
