Specifications

Mesh belt conveyor shot blasters are ideal for blast cleaning high volumes of small or intricate castings and forgings that cannot withstand tumbling. Tumblast is available in both rubber belt and steel flight, from 3 cubic foot to 24. Table blasters range in size from 3-feet to 10-feet and come in fixed table, swing table, double door swing table, satellite table and continuous table. Indexing spinner hangers come in two and three chamber versions. Our low maintenance designs have eliminated the need for the lower screw augers in most batch style blast units. Viking’s shot blasting machine warranty is among the longest in the industry at two years on most units.
